Scotland’s Churches Trust is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO). As a registered charity (SCO43105) its activities are regulated by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).

Its everyday activities are overseen by a small office team and its management and strategic direction are overseen by a board of trustees, assisted by four sub-committees (Church Maintenance, Finance, Music and Outreach & Events) and the advice and input of its honorary office-holders – its patron, president and vice-presidents.
